Meet Dr. Destiny Mbidoaka (El Paso, TX)

Destiny Mbidoaka, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2021 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Houston in 2015. Along with a growing fascination with the eyes, Dr. Mbidoaka was also inspired by the kindness of his optometrist to pursue a career in ocular health.

Dr. Mbidoaka loves getting to know his patients and the inexplainable feeling of joy watching them be happy after helping them achieve their vision goals. In his free time, Dr. Mbidoaka enjoys maintaining his physical fitness routines, streaming his favorite shows and movies, reading, traveling, doing outdoor activities, and learning new things.
