Wow! The whole process was simple from filling out all forms online to a phone call from the office ... staff going over what is covered with your eye insurance. It gets better though, such a friendly, professional staff. You are taken care of all around, from the ladies doing the pre-test exam to the eye wear. Dr. Patel is such a wonderful, caring eye doctor, and shows his concerns if you have any troubles with your eyes. This has been the best eye care center I have been to. My husband and I are very pleased with everyone and we will be continued patients with El Paso EyeCare.

Had my first experience at El Paso EyeCare recently, and have to say everything has been 5 stars so ... far. It was easy to schedule my appointment online, they even called me with an earlier option. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Des was awesome. He took his time with the exam, and was very thorough and answered all my questions. I had a lot of fun picking out my new glasses with the optician! All around an excellent experience - they def deserve the great reviews. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend El Paso Eye Care. The entire process was efficient and quick. The staff and Dr Des ... were incredibly welcoming. I received my contacts and glasses in less than two weeks with a holiday. Will be back in a year.
