Danny (Mngr), and Diane (Eye care Spec), were very attentive to my needs, and concerns regarding my ... eye care. They were both very polite, patient, knowledgeable, and displayed great people skills. I would urge El Paso and surrounding area to visit El Paso Eye Care's North East location for their eye wear needs. Affordable prices, excellent service, quality frames, and lenses. You'll walk out seeing better, looking better, plus your wallet will thank you for choosing El Paso Eye Care! "Great Staff"

Staff is very professional and nice.

Most eye Docs have personalities as dry as the El Paso desert and don't seem too happy to explain th... e deep retinal and optic nerve scans. Not mine. Many eye places have cordial, yet indifferent, staff members. Not mine. Every person I interacted with at the reception desk, the technician running scans/tests, AND the eye doc, were professional, but they were also friendly, with a healthy abundance of humor. This place beat out previous eye practices I've patronized, all considered the best for that area (I've had very good health insurance since 2010) in Austin, Round Rock, Houston, and multiple practices in Michigan. Almost forgot to add: very affordable, and I rate my new glasses just above my last two, including my spare Oakley's .

Myopia Management FAQs

What is myopia management?

Myopia management uses certain treatments and technologies to slow or even halt your child's myopia progression. Our myopia control program in Angel's Triangle is unique as we have the latest technology and experience to ensure your child's vision remains stable and healthy for years to come.

Is myopia management necessary?

Myopia is more than just poor vision. Childhood myopia raises the risk of developing sight-threatening eye diseases later in life, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. Speak to your eye doctor about the best ways to minimize your child’s risk.

At what age does myopia (nearsightedness) usually start?

Myopia can begin as early as 6 and will usually progress until roughly age 20. The longer it progresses, and the higher the prescription, the greater your child’s risk of sight-threatening eye conditions later in life.

When should my child start myopia management?

For optimal results, myopia management should be started as soon as possible. That said, myopia control can help children and teens of all ages.
